Hybrids, specific individuals born with a rather unique genome known simply as the 'Hybrid-Gene', individuals born with this particular gene have the capacity to use extraordinary abilities.
When a member receives approval from a Administrator or Moderator of Hybrids Universe Role play after they complete a Weapon Creation Application for their character this will then allow the community to know that members specific character has added new equipment.
